Digital product purchases
SiteSafetyDoc products are digital files delivered after purchase. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once the file has been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Duplicate purchase or technical problem
If you believe you were charged twice, received the wrong product, or cannot access the file because of a delivery problem, contact us promptly. We will review the order and work to correct verified issues.
